This lovely corner of the Internet has emerged from scratch to a full store. We have always had a passion for two things - cats and technology. Who doesn't, though? Therefore, our mascot, ElectroCat, is a combination of what everyone is so keen on.
Of course you can! We never require or oblige our customers to make a donation. However, if you wish to kindly aid us in improving our services and expanding the variety of products in our store, you can find out more about the ways to donate here.

Twitter, Google+, Tumblr, or Instagram) or proceed by creating an account
After you have made your ElectroCat
account, the verification email will be sent to you within some minutes to the
email address that you used to sign up, or, alternatively, the email address
that your social media account s linked to. After you have received your
verification email, click on the verification link and you’re set to go.
Sometimes the new users do not
receive their verification emails within a couple of minutes. Try to check your
email later. Do not forget to check your ‘Spam’ folder as our emails can
sometimes be recognized by your email client as spam. In order to avoid that,

Digi-Treats are the points that you
get by completing simple tasks such as following us on social media, making
referrals, and placing orders. You can learn more about the bonus points system
by clicking on the ‘Rewards’ button

There are multiple steps that will help you place your order without major problems:
1. When you've found a product that you like, don't forget to check for and choose additional specifications of the product -- it can be storage capacity, color, size, length, etc.
2. After this you can proceed directly to the checkout by clicking on "Buy it now" button, or "Add to cart" to proceed with your shopping and finish the checkout later;
3. When you are ready to make an order, check for the items in your cart. You can delete the unwanted items from your cart by clicking "Remove" button. Then click on 'Check out' to proceed to the placement of order.
Unfortunately, you cannot do it
yourself. After the order has been paid, it is successfully placed in our
system and you cannot change its details. However, you can always contact us
and ask to change the details of your

Unfortunately, you cannot do that by
yourself. If you have already paid for your order but no longer wish to receive
he items or you haven’t paid for your items yet and want the order to be

We respect our customers and do our
best to grant you a refund as soon as possible. However, there are many factors
that can delay the actual reception of the refund. Here are some resons why you
can still not see your refund received:

We do not accept exchanges of regular
items. Your item is eligible for exchange only if it is defective or

Buyers are responsible for any
customs and import taxes that may apply. We ship our items internationally, so
we cannot guarantee that you will not be obliged to pay customs duty.
Usually the items we ship do not
exceed the minimal taxable value. However, here is what you can do to find out
whether you have to pay your custom duties:

We never charge you anything extra
but what if indicated in your order confirmation/checkout page. If you see a
slight change of value taken from your account, this can indicate a change of
currency rate in your country (if you live outside of the Euro zone).
In our store you can choose to pay
with PayPal. For that, you can click directly on the PayPal button on the
product page and pay instantly. Otherwise, you may proceed to PayPal payment
from your cart or checkout page. In both options please do the following:

fastest delivery of your items. However, we cannot guarantee the particular
shipping times because of the various locations, means of transportation, logistics

Usually we send you the email or
notification with your shipment details and tracking number once your package
has left the warehouse. However, if by any chance you haven’t received your
tracking number, do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with
your tracking number as soon as possible.

We start assembling you package as
soon as we receive your payment. Before we ship your goods to you, some time
may pass, usually from five to ten days, depending on the holidays,
weekends, status of your payment or other factors.

sure you inform us about the changes as soon as possible. Once the shipment is out
for delivery we cannot reverse it! In this case, we advise you to contact your
local post company to address the issue.
